Refund policy
🔒 Refund Policy for Digital Downloadable Products
Â
This policy applies to all digital products, including seamless patterns, clip art, and templates, purchased from [Your Store Name].
Â
Our General Refund Stance (No Refunds)
Â
Due to the digital nature of our products, which are instantly downloadable and cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the sale is completed and the product has been downloaded. All sales are final.
We strongly encourage our customers to review the product description, mockups, and file formats (PNG/ZIP, 300 DPI) before purchasing.
Â
Exceptions (When a Refund MAY Be Considered)
Â
We will consider a full refund or a replacement product only in the following specific circumstances:
-
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once within a short period (e.g. 24 hours), we will refund the duplicate charge.
-
File Integrity Issue: If the downloaded file is confirmed to be corrupted, damaged, or cannot be unzipped after multiple attempts, and we are unable to supply a working replacement file within 48 hours. (Note: This does not apply to download failures due to the customer's internet connection or device.)
-
Gross Misrepresentation: If the product description grossly misrepresents the delivered product (e.g., the pattern is described as seamless but is confirmed to be non-seamless, or the file is listed as 300 DPI but is delivered at 72 DPI).
How to Request an Exception
Â
To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within 1 hour of the purchase date and provide the following:
-
Your Order Number.
-
A detailed explanation and, ideally, a screenshot or video demonstrating the specific technical issue (e.g., the corruption error message).
What is NOT Covered by a Refund
Â
The following reasons will not qualify for a refund:
-
Change of Mind: The customer decides they do not need the file or prefers a different pattern.
-
Software Incompatibility: The customer does not own the necessary software (e.g., Photoshop or Illustrator) to use the file.
-
Failure to Read: The customer failed to read the technical specifications (e.g., file type, DPI, or licensing terms) listed in the product description.
-
Accidental Download Limit Exceeded: The customer has used all their download attempts (e.g., 2 attempts) and the link has expired.
